if you have broken springs in your clutch it can cause similar symptoms too, piece of spring comes out get stuck in the clutch and then comes out.
do you have a inspection cover? if so check inside for broken bits of spring. if it is a hydro master/slave though that sounds more likely but i would check anyway.
what is going on with my clutch?

Sounds like me when my slave cylinder went out.

2012 prostar M13 engine..Mine just did a hissing noise when I turn my truck on, I drove it a block and clutch started slipping. Good thing Peterbilt dealer is near so I drove it on 1st gear. Im just hoping they can fix it. I did go under and notice it's wet and the life on it went to NEW so it came off adjustment.[GALLERY=][GALLERY=][/GALLERY][/GALLERY]

-
I have a 2015 international prostar. Went to start my truck this morning and I had no clutch. Looked it up they said it could be hydrolic or the linkage so my ? Is can I add hydrolic oil to it and if yes where do I add it also if it's the leakage where is it located?

If its empty I'd look for a leak or you'll be back in the same situation shortly.
