My first paying job that was not for my family was moving irrigation pipe by hand for an old farmer. 20' joints, uncouple, carry 50 yards, recouple, repeat. I was paid $4 an hour plus a donut and milk for breakfast at 14.

In 100 degree Texas heat I was thirsty, the pump didn't even come from a well, just a nearby creek. My buddy unhooked one section of pipe and elevated it so I could get a drink of water. (Something we've done several times before)

This time a dead rabbit came out of the pipe and hit me in the face.

I've been picky about my water every since that day.

Go read the back of your box of toothpaste and then tell me why it's a good idea to ingest fluoride water

They always seem to know more than the ones who have been trucking since they were knee high to a grasshopper.

Oh no worries neither am i. Im just pretty picky about where my water comes from and have a pretty poor opinion of bottled or filtered. Distilled is the safest i can get

My well is 160’ deep. That’s where my drinking water comes from. We grew up drinking water straight out of the water hose. Always let it run till it got cold.
