    Yep
We’ve had to wake up dumbo drivers who park and block the exit and make ‘em
Move so we could leave at daylight

I mean it really depends on the load and what you have available along the route to work with.

At that size, it's not hard. Mainly you need to be asking yourself how easy is it for the drivers around you to get in and out of their spots if you park in a row. Because if you're in a spot that's say a straight back it's not that big of a deal or pull through. And that's not only going to make it easier on the guys around you but also protect your load.

But I mean it comes down to are you blocking anything can drivers get around you or can they easily park next to you.

Usually if I have a load and its right on the line or sticking over. I'll tend to split it and take two. Just to keep people from hitting it. Usually when I am that big I try to park anywhere but a row but in certain situations it can't be helped.

I tend to favor a lot of the independents with a big gravel lot. Old mom and pop with nothing more than a big gravel lot is often my best friend. The big chains are a mixed bag, some got plenty of room. A lot of the new loves have extra wide spaces. It's whatever makes sense for the load or route really. You get better and better at finding good spots over time and especially if you have already been driving for a while you might know a bunch of spots that are friendly to big loads.

Just plan it out and do your sat views if you are unfamiliar with the place and look for something you think would be the easiest for you to deal with.

A lot of the mom and pop places are good to park because the mega carriers don’t allow their drivers to fuel anywhere except mega truck stop brands like loves and pilot and petro etc .

I believe 1000rpm should not be hurting engine ... Talking about older preemission ones .. not sure about newer one
I would park at the very corner taking 2 spots to be safe
