Dd12 shifting at low RPM 10

    Freightliner Cascadia 15 shifting gears at low rpm around 10-11 rpm which causes to hard acceleration and struggling of my engine. Automatic transmission changing into gear 12 at around 40-45 mph. Any ideas what is about?

    Does the tac. move around and not stay stable, the tac. maybe sending incorrect rpm signals to the ecm?

    I’ve had the same issues with the DD 15 all filters change overhead and turbo check and boost leak fixed, truck is delated but deleted the right way “3 trucks deleted “ same mechanic no issues. I’m thinking a computer glitch

    dd15 dt12 505hp 2:85 gears. 520k miles
