1000+ trucks heading into NYC tonight to protest cheap rates

forced to sit, it's not your own choice.

 

The goal is cheap shipping costs. That’s good for an economy. The collateral damage is just part of it. Same with the Airlines. The Government makes it easy to get Authority to keep the system working. They then put band aids on as they go along to usually to please a certain interest group. The goal is more of the same. Cheap rates. Good for everyone but Us. Almost no one sympathizes with the Truckers. They’re tough, let them figure it out. Lol. It’s true.

 

I’ve been considering selling my truck and starting a McDonald’s franchise. I notice they still seem to be doing a booming business regardless of the economy.

 

Can you imagine how good they would be doing if they still cooked their fries in beef fat? The newfangled french fries suck compared to the way they used to be when I was a kid. And I think the food would be better if they did at the old school way of assembling it and then putting it under the heat lamps. At least everything was hot then.
