United Furniture Shuts Down

They have a few plants in N.C. besides the one mentioned. They had ads up last week looking for warehouse and shuttle drivers.

Rather pathetic company to do such as above yet promote a need for more employees, THEN turn around and SHUT IT ALL DOWN.

Hopefully for all Current Drivers, they'll ALL get home (or very close to) before runnin' outta FUEL.

 

The way I ŕead it, perhaps a different story, was they were telling the driver's just to bring it back to the house. Screw delivery, just bring it back to the house.
Which tells me that buying gas isn't going to be a problem. Having a job will be.

this is eleven days ago and they had a shuttle driver ad about the same time.

 

Sometimes it's one creditor unwilling to extend the terms. Or on insurer unwilling to reup. That's the lie CF used.

 

To much playing the crypto market?

 

Well it’s better for the office people to get a text at midnight than go in and end up banging on a locked door. Hope the drivers had fuel to get back.
