I actually got the truck to fire up today but it was in limp mode (1900 cranking amps solved the starting issue) a code came on after it sat and idled for a few minutes it was DTC 327 SPN 110 FMI 2 which I guess is to power de-rate because of coolant temp?? This truck hasn’t been started in roughly 2 years and I do not think the coolant got over 155 degrees fahrenheit hmm?
No fuel pulse to injectors

Also, after letting the truck sit and cool off completely, NED was showing engine coolant temp at 85 degrees?? It’s in the low to mid 40’s here now???

You have to compare temperature with a mechanical gauge or with a infrared thermometer.
What temperature does the ned shows when the engine light comes on? And if it’s getting hot need to inspect thermostat and fan operations.Myst69 Thanks this. -
After letting the truck sit in 43 degree temperature for multiple hours it shouldn’t be registering 85 in NED without cranking or starting though right? Unfortunately I do not have a thermometer I can use at the moment. I just thought it was a little strange that it went into temp related limp mode after running for 10 or so mins. Fan seems to be functioning normally when it was running.

Do the injectors do a buzz test when the key is turned on?
