    looks like he's had a bad day, including a missing tail light..

    and people wonder why i am so hard on some drivers.....uh....steering wheel holders.

    Years ago when I worked for pottawatamie County secondary roads dept ( council bluffs area) we all had access to 911 on the radios that would alert the appropriate dept if needed .
