Interesting solution using the side booms.
jamespmack, rolls canardly, IH Truck Guy and 4 others Thank this. -
That's weird, I thought most blind people were morons. Maye this is related because the driver was too blind to see cracks in the frame? -
when I was trucking , my accountant was in a wheelchair , and his wife was blind , and they had four kids .
And all I could think was these are the strongest toughest people I’ve ever met .beastr123, Blue jeans, rolls canardly and 7 others Thank this. -
You’d think the giant tow trucks would be used , but maybe the bulldozers were nearby ? or a lot cheaper ?
but money wouldn’t be the top concern , what’s a perimeter frame trailer cost ?
And possible damage claim from the cargo owner , repairs to the highway from the damage of the trailer and from the bulldozer tracks chewing up the pavement .OLDSKOOLERnWV, Siinman, CAXPT and 2 others Thank this. -
They might have been already working nearby and enlisted to help.cke, Siinman, CAXPT and 1 other person Thank this. -
Perhaps there is a rail contractor based in Atlanta and they would be the ones that would be on call for GA DOT for extra heavy lifts.cke, jamespmack, CAXPT and 1 other person Thank this. -

Looks like they used the side booms to lift it,then carried it away with the sidebooms.Shows them moving along in the video.
