There is a tag on the truck that tells you the correct PSI should be. Winter or summer it doesn't make a difference.

Are you asking if you set the pressures cold when tires have sat and are at ambient temp? Answer is yes.
if they show 87 after being parked and before a trip then air them up to the correct pressure for your application. The psi will normally rise as tires heat but will stay stabilized at pressure you put them at as long as temps don’t drop to much lower when they sit parked and cool down again.

Pressure rising in tires with normal use heat is ok. What kills them and causes blowouts is the high heat build up from the friction and flex caused by running them with low air pressure.

110 all the way around. Only because it's easy to remember and you'll have as many answers to this question as you will have to "how often to change your oil"
    110.
Do yourself a favor and have them checked at Love's tire pass.

That is insane. I just had new tires put on Xdn2 and they aired them to 115 psi. I grabbed my trailer with 10k lbs in the box. I was able to slide a piece of cardboard 3 inches under the tire. I aired down to 95 psi and there’s still half an inch of shoulder not even touching pavement.

Providing you purchase the correctly sized/rated tires for your vehicle and application, then the correct tire PSI is determined my your vehicle manufacturer not the tire manufacturer. The numbers on the sidewall of the tire are the MAX PSI that the tires are rated for.
