Only been driving for a little over 6 months but here's my list:
Pilot in Barstow CA: horribly understaffed. A lot of drug addicts hanging around.
Flying J north of Bakersfield CA. Big lot but there have been criminals breaking into trailers. My company tells drivers to avoid it.
Flying J in West Memphis on the Arkansas border: a lot of nasty lot lizards making propositions to drivers.
Flying J in Aurora CO. Packed 24/7, almost impossible to find parking, also understaffed and a lot of undesirables hanging around
TA in Wheat Ridge CO. One of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen. Been here three times and every time it had gotten worse. Actual feces smeared on the wall!
Flying J in East Atlanta. One of the worst layouts I've ever seen. The spots are so hard to get into, plus the road to the fuel island goes right in the middle of the parking lanes. Some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered.JoeyJunk Thanks this. -
East Atlanta? There isn’t a J within 40 miles of the loop on the east side.

I liked the Petro at X 12, MUCH MORE than the bouldercrest road Peelot (Thanks to ducnut for street name). NEVER Went to Peelot at Night. It was CREEPY enough in Daylight. Northeast ? Petro is Northwest side, the one I recall and no night visits.

on west side GA., I usually stopped at X5 before the peelot slithered in.

there was one time i drove THROUGH hotlanta on i-20, Very early 2000 decade, ONCE with a 53' Skateboard, and a few times on I-85 North and South with Dry Vans. Quit rolling through hotlanta April, 2018.

Early 2000 decade, I randomly went to the T/A southside Atlanta (forgot the exit number). Had a weirdly good meal a few weeks before it shut down.
Nights were weird but I NEVER camped overnight.

What was that Truckstop shower that had the garden hose sticking thru the wall and you stood on a rotten pallet for a drain , the shower curtain looked like the inside of a used bodybag , was that Mounteagle way back when.
JoeyJunk Thanks this.
