You should be able to lease onto any carrier as a incorporation. But they will require you to provide proof of the incorporation & then all corespondent with them will be done in the incorporated name.... Including your pay!

Why do you want to Incorporate for and then lease to someone?

If you lease to a carrier as a corp., they will make the corp. provide you with workers comp. It can be quite expensive depending on where you live.

I have leased on many times as a corp. and NEVER paid any extra fee or insurance. It's all contract work, so why do you think there are extra fees?
