    ok first off i know i should grow up and pay my tax bill, but it started to build when i first was dumb and got a dumb 1099 job. So fresh start also doesnt neccessary wipe the debt free but sounds like it helps set up payment plans and maybe overall reduces the amount. Now im not gonna explain my full story here but i should easily qualify these programs, im looking for a good cpa that can get me set up in these programs without needing a ton of background info. thanks

    If you file a SS8 form with the IRS they will go after your x employer that misclassified you and make them pay there fair share along with fines and interest , bringing your total due down.
    The IRS is tired of these misclassification schemes.
