Schneider is even better, with a 9 month commitment and a $2080 payback amount. I've heard their OTR accounts can be poorly paid, though; their regional and dedicated accounts are usually better about that.

 

If one can eat their constant micro management, etc. New or Not...people don't stay there long for obvious reasons.

 

I think it depends on the account. I find I call my DBL more than they contact me. But I'm also on a regional dedicated account and never very far from my home terminal. Sometimes I've heard it even depends on your specific DBL within the same account. That's the thing about large megas like Schneider; it's hard to characterize them overall, different accounts have vastly different experiences.
