grad from nyc looking for otr

No I live 3 and a half hrs away from Syracuse,but theyll bring the trailer to Albany for me.Which is a bout 1.5 hrs from home and theyll let me tk home tractor.Theyre hiring all over the NE and growing.They hv alot of good perks and you can get what they sell at cost as an employee discount.If your from NYC you should look into it.

 

Trucking companies have experience with new drivers saying "I don't need to get home often" and then having some of those drivers quit because they don't get home enough. When I started OTR driving I was practically homeless. I didn't think I needed to be home often, just have some time off. I eventually found I needed to get home more often than I first expected. Each of us is different, so you might be happy never getting back to NYC. Companies know where their freight comes and goes, so they are protecting themselves when they make hiring decisions.
