I can vouch for everything you just said, its absolutely true. Old Caregan, both sons, Lance B. A small barrel of snakes. They tried to run me on bad nite in western Maryland, Lance dumb ### didn't know they have a bridge law, Caregan got 2 tickets, i got none.
I drove 20 days straight, got 3 $50 advances as a leasee, 98 per mi. Missed my del. turn-in go next door try to go around a bowling alley, damage the trl and roof line of bowling alley. They fired me. Fine. Day 21 is payday. Lance says we cant pay you until the damage from the bowling alley cost come. Like we gonna take that amount out of your check. Im thinking insurance got me cover truck trl cargo and liability..This October 2019 makes that 2 years ago. I want All America to know what these crooks are about. #### you can call me. They have several guns in and that address on 8th st. The local police gonna work with Caregan on whatever they say..Madd we should work on getting this company to pay. I tried small claims in Richmond, the courts are corrupt as well. Darrell C

 

Maybe they were keeping the deductible?

 

If we had armed goons on staff and local courts in our pockets I wouldn't currently be paying a garnishment for my ex-wife's medical debt and my neighbor would definitely stop parking in my spot.

I'm not aware of any open lawsuits, so I'm not sure where that started. The only recent court cases that I had any involvement in are ones where I traveled to appear in court in defense of drivers who weren't at fault in accidents but the other party sued us anyway and lost. I tend to take it personally any time someone tries to get out of compensating a driver for his time or overcharge him for a tow or claim he's at fault when they tried to pass him on the right side and got hit with a trailer, etc. So you'll see a few negative comments on my name around the internet from brokers and tow companies and so on. I don't mind hurting someone's feelings when they act like your time isn't worth money.

You guys can call my cell at Deleted and ask me about any of these posts. My e-mail is Deleted if that's easier. I don't know if I'll get a notification if anyone asks me questions here but if I see it I'll respond here. I'd also be glad to put you on the phone with any of our drivers who have been making good money for a long time and don't plan on leaving any time soon. Over half of the fleet have hire dates over 5-10 years ago. I don't need to give my opinions in response to these comments. I'll just let you see all of the documentation that tells the whole story. If you think you should be able to run into a huge building and not pay the deductible then you can save us both the trouble. If I borrowed your car and drove through a Wendy's I wouldn't expect you to be the one to pay for it.

 

I agree. Stay away from Caregan Transport. They won't pay my husband for his last week of pay!
