those contractors seem more like company employees to me

 

The lowest score is a "bronze?" Like a "participation trophy?" Jeez, I was gonna ask if I should be happy with a 9.5, but I reckon it doesn't matter if I'm still gonna win a bronze medal, pfffffft. The other conditions seem more important, like renewing your service area app in time...

 

All of that just to jump through hoops to haul their packages??

Only the contractors who have the routes are 1099, their employees have to be W2. This really isn’t much different than the point system that the trucking contractors have been on for years to prevent undercutting of rates at bid time.
