I'm GLAD we live a mile plus from the nearest Rail Road which has both Passenger and Unpassenger Freight.

Makes sense... arrest the residents that are victims. Drag out the cover up (investigation) as long as possible to memory hole it and gives anyone at fault time to resign, leave company and possibly country.
