Not hate at all.
Hate would be something like, "F it hon. Let's get a couple of roller dogs, a burrito, and a Pepsi, and roll on. Baby can wait."

 

Not saying it couldn’t happen, just that it is something along the lines of really really rare. Sorta like a Sasquatch sighting.

 

Have to say, probably this kind of conversation happens more often than someone might think

 

And just throw the dirty diaper out the window on the parking lot. EVEN THOUGH THE TRASH CAN IS CLOSER.

 

then dunk it in the window wash bucket and squeegee it off.

For years, could go from load one morning say 8 /10 AM, drive all day and into night till around 4 AM. Daylight coming and sunup... Sun top edge show until sun fully up showing, I slept...then I could go again. Can count on the fingers of my hands the number of bennies I took in those years and have finger left.
Reefer. flatbed (chains and tarps), then cattle again. Had friends with wives, pill up on the trip, drink buttermilk to kill when got home, sleep a little, pill up to go out with wife, sleep a little then have to leave out... I came in, slept with GF, slept some sleep. went jukeing, slept w or w/o GF again, able to leave and make it till the next daylight.
