My experience at holland enterprises

No they only bought those because condo’s weren’t available, and they needed trucks immediately.
Far as I know they only have 2-3 left in the fleet.

 

I've been talking with the recruiter for Holland. I was interested in driving for them but the recruiter cannot, or will not answer one simple question which is, What is the starting pay as in cents per mile? What am I going to be starting out at?

He says that it depends on my driving record, safety record and how much experience I have. So he has all the information, but still can't give me a straight answer. Every other company I have spoken with tells me up front what I will be starting out at, but not Holland.

I think they'll probably tell me once I'm done with orientation, which I won't waste my time with if he can't be up front with me.

 

If u end up in the drivers seat let us know if each run is really long haul or minimul 1200+ miles per run... hope your north of .65

 

I'll probably not go with them if they can't even tell me how much I'll be making, something sounds fishy with that.

 

Ask to speak with someone who can tell you the starting wage.
Wonder if that recruiter is a 3rd party not directly employed by Holland.
I wouldn't waste my time if they can't tell you something that straightforward
