Attention, current and retired drivers!
The Snow Shoe restaurant at exit 147 off I-80 in Pennsylvania is closed as of last month. Mr.
Rees informed me the C-store, fuel pumps, and repair shop will remain open. Lack of staff finally
led to desperate measures.
By now, you are probably also aware that the North 40 Auto/Truck Stop in Holladay, Tennessee
off I-40 is closed. The restaurant closed early last year, and now the entire complex has been
bought by Pilot/Flying J. Who else? Go figure.
Finally, the 7 & 14 (also called the M & S) at the intersection of Ohio Highway 7 and US-14
has been closed. True, it has been an eyesore for the past 15 or so years, but I know it was
a favorite of long-timers on here. So sad!
