I misread this at first, thought it said Ukraine.

They were able to lower the pH level of the product and so when people smoked it, made it tobacco release, a free carbon or a better description would say they created a free radical when they lower the pH. This is what made the Marlboro, a super popular cigarette when is made with the cheapest tobacco that they’ve ever produced it was originally intended to be a discount at woman cigarette.
