How much time off do you get? Are you allowed to take unpaid personal days if you want?

Not sure on unpaid, I get like 32 days pto and earn 4 safety days per year 1 per quarter you can carry over 10 days pto into following year. Anything over 10 gets paid out

4wayflashers, bzinger and Siinman Thank this.

A man who lives in the middle of fumblebuck nowhere with a walmart DC nearby? That’s a life changing opportunity.

Keep your head down and always follow the rules (especially while at the DC and stores) and, Id assume, you’ll earn some seniority and preferred routes after some years.

That’s a lot of PTO and a very nice paycheck.

A swift lost the brundige Walmart DC a couple of months ago and brought all of their drivers to Opelika. It's just a matter of time before Opelika does the same thing

The fact that they've had 7 safety guys in 9 years is a red flag.

Looks like the one in Seymour is getting the dc automated a bunch.

    108 million going into it.

I heard a rumor forever ago they were planning to start a Walmart trucking school there.

I’ve got several friends that drive for WM in Sanger. All have been there over 10 years and over $100K a year. None of them slip seat unless they need their truck a day or two while on vacation. All work a Monday thru Friday schedule with the weekends off. I wished I would of had brains enough to join them years ago.
