I'm talking about the fridge overnight. If you run your truck during the day overnight is minimum electric usage.
If the truck sits all day in the hot sun I would agree that would use more.
Adding an extra battery to the truck for electronics?

I had it in one of my trucks. I just put the extra battery and a small inverter under the bed. Mounted a cutoff switch to the face of the bed frame and drilled holes in the floor under the bed and ran wires to the main batteries. Don’t forget to isolate / insulate / grommet the wires through the floor or you’ll have a big electric fire when it shorts out.

I run fridge/freezer, bunk heater, and charge all my electronics for 10 hours on four batteries. No issues.

Grab a lithium to put under the bunk for $300. Put it in an isolator.
