Yes, I saw your location of 8600+' so I was wondering where you were located. There aren't many major towns above that so I was curious. My sister lives in Aurora.
Replacing my truck batteries, how important are CCA numbers?

If you let it sit any amount of time (1month+) disconnect all positive terminals
If you want them fresh, get a cheapy solar 12v patched onto them when it sits -

Newer trucks have a small drain on the batteries even when the key is off. So install a battery cutoff switch that way if it's going to be parked fir more than a few day's just flip the switch. 11.4 would be normal if it's been sitting for 3 or more weeks
The batteries the factory installed are the cheapest they can. Most trucks require 1,500-1,800 CCA to start that's 3 if your full charged to start your truck. Myself I only use 950 or bigger in my truck... -
I myself would get at least 750 CA and would get deep cycle if you use any cab power.D.Tibbitt, Rideandrepair and gekko1323 Thank this. -
