Neighboring town had 10 inches of snow Saturday morning.

 

I'm gonna be broke by the time I finish this overhaul. Wife asked how much it was gonna cost, I told her "won't be much, I've already bought all the parts".

New fuel lines, coolant lines, trans oil cooler and bracket, u joints, carrier brg, clutch, rear main, both fuel sending units (wow!), motor mounts, clutch linkage, 18 spd shift knob, ad nauseum........

She say's i lied.


I haven't even got the 12" shifter extension yet

 

I like the aftermarket tube style fuel senders more than OE float style. Seem to be more accurate and while prices have went up a lot the last couple years, they're still quite a bit cheaper.

The seed is planted, & he seems ready to part with it.

I've been eyeball'n that truck for least 2yrs or so now, but never crawled under it. Should be back that way in 2-3weeks. I'll check out the 2sp rear then..

Yeah, a dually bed would be real sweet. That burgundy one looks sharp.! Funny thing is I could get some use out of the dump bed on it now.

We'll see how negotiates go. I'll keep ya posted. Probably need your advice sorting some things out on it. Lol
