maybe im wrong, but ive never actually seen you share any ideas you have.. but you are very good at trolling people and criticizing others for their beliefs and opinions... im led to believe you don't actually know how to think for yourself... its no wonder you have had so many of your businesses fail.. what a miserable life you must lead

If you do your IFTA right, then you're losing a lot of money at the pump. You just don't realize it.
Not owning money after the quarter to IFTA doesn't mean much.

They just told you how you can lose $78 on only 100 gallons of fuel.

Let’s see. $4.40 per gallon in a State with .40 cent per gallon tax. VS $4.35 per gallon in a State with a .30 cent per gallon tax. Buying it for $4.40 in the higher State costs more initially, but actually costs less. At 5 mpg. it’s a .02 cent per mile difference, once IFTA quarterly settlements are filed. Annually based on 80k miles per year. That’s $1600.00. Enough to buy my IRP plate. Often the differences are much more than my example. Counting on increasing revenue to replace money wasted is a bad bet. Better to save as much on all costs as possible. Take advantage of the few things that are under your control. So many other things aren’t in this Business.

not saying you are wrong. but heres some easier math to do... lets do 100 loads per year. which is 2 loads per week in a 50 week year.. since we are doing only hypothetical math...

to make an extra 5k per year over our original cost .all we have to do is charge 50 dollars on each load.. how hard is that?... sure makes that saved $1600 seem like a moot point.. thats 3 years of IRP plate as you mentioned...just my opinion

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.
