Things have really changed. Guy put in 100 applications with no responses. 28 yrs ago, on my Lunch break, the first place I walked into hired me with no TT experience at all. So much for technology. I’d say go out face to face and sell yourself. Internet apps are akin to junk mail. Everyone has them. Probably full of applicants. Only looked at as a last resort. Showing a little initiative might pay off.

 

What about the hair follicle test you failed at Schneider? You posted on Trucking Truth's Forum several days ago that you had failed it.

 

Ah, the rest of the story comes out. We’ll, if you didn’t fail the DOT urine test, I think Schneider will reconsidered you after 6 months.

And there it is. I was pretty sure he got terminated for some reason and didn't want to say. First he claimed he quit while in orientation because of the pay, then he started acting like he never went at all because of where it would be. And not to defend Schneider, but what he described sounded low even for them. Schneider has enough problems without having to make stuff up.
