    Two weigh stations in Oregon triggered the red light on the prepass but the sign said Closed. The second station was definitely fully manned as I could see them giving me the stink eye on my way by. Guess I'll get a ticket in the mail now for their photo bypass, I don't know.

    Oregon has photo enforcement at most of the scales. They just send you a ticket and picture of you bypassing the scale.
