Not new, but I did finally sign up here

So I've been reading posts on here for nearly 2 years now and just never got around to signing up, typical trucker procrastination I know. I'm still pretty new to the industry I guess but I'm sure not green. Been trucking for a little over a year now. I didn't go to some truck driving school or anything like that, which made it pretty difficult to find a job running OTR. I did find somebody to run me about 2 weeks after I got my license and I went into it knowing the recruiter was Full Bull. No bells and whistles, just a job running the roads in all 48. I spent 10 months with this company and decided that was all of the lies and junk trailers I could take. I've been on with the current company for about 6 months and I think I'm about done with them. I think I should have done a better job of checking out a new job and it's safety ratings before I even bothered applying or accepting a job. In any event, my handle is Mr. Big out on the road. Thank you all, I figured I might as well sign up and get to posting. Snowbunny I'm am based out of CA but don't really have anything tying me down to a particular location. I like running all 48 and maybe Canada and Alaska at some point would be fun. I'm not really looking for another job but I'm hoping that the 3rd time is the charm. I'm doing my best to give my current company a chance but short miles, low pay and junk equipment just aren't things that I value.
