    Walter & Danielle,

    Welcome to the forum.

I started my career driving through Carter County, Minnesota and am still a little familiar with the area. Access to Minneapolis to the north east and many agricultural based communities to the west and south may provide a number of opportunities for a truck driver. The area has a strong German heritage so I think you will feel welcome if you decide to make the move. Our economy is at the beginning I think of some very difficult times. Having said that, there is always work for those who are willing and able.

I believe I understand your description of a "bag in a box" container, but such a thing is not in wide use in the US. Bulk transport is carried out largely by dry tankers for granulated or powdered material in large volume.

I wish you all the best.

    Walter Thanks this.

no, the container have a plasticbag called inlet with maybe 10 lasehes and rubberstrings at the top, in the ground the same and specials in the back side for backholders. the backholdline are fixed. they holding back the granulate after open the cover, before installation the fishtail and on this will assembled a throttle, the filling hose and then will be this installed on the rotary valve.

    i hope you understand :)

many greetings from germany to all of you

For others on the forum, I believe the "bag in box" system Walter is refering to is akin to nylon fabric totes used to haul bulk (1 ton) seed or sugar that many of us have hauled. It seems to me that I have seen this somewhere in a much larger scale. Something like the plastic bag inside the cardboard box used in food packaging with fixed attachment points. Albeit with a filler and discharge fixture.

Just to let Walter know, although we have Volvo trucks, they DO NOT operate like the European trucks you are used to!! I have driven Euro Mercedes trucks, and there will be quite a bit you need to learn before you hop in and take off!
