    I had shoulder surgery, I did get morphine, fentanyl for the surgery. Yes I listed them on the drug test, with no issue. If you don't list them thats when I would expect an issue.

    If you were out over 30 days FMCSA says you have to get a new DOT PHYSICAL.

    Its company policy as to when and if you have to get a physical and drug test when your coming back from an injury. Not a DOT certification.
