Y’all may already know this, but to the folks new to a WM DC, they grade each load using OTIF. On time/in full. They ding both the carrier and shipper. Carrier early/late, they will hit you for the on time part.
Shipper does not ship order in full due to whatever reason, then they hit up the shipper and fine them.
Just like WM to squeeze blood from a turnip.
Hate that corporation with all my heart.
Do you ever go "early" to pick up or drop loads?

Just left Walmart 4 hrs ago, p/u 40 miles away, anytime after midnight FCFS 24 hrs. Gotta love it. One extreme to another. Going to get Loaded while everyone else is sleeping, and get a jump on my 950 mile 2 day trip. Monday 7:00 am appointment. Piece of cake.

As others have said call and check. I had a place in L.A. that actually called me back and asked what time I could be there, I was the only truck they had planned for a Friday delivery and they opted to work late on Thursday for a 3 day weekend.

My response to you could have loaded yesterday is “awesome it should be quick then” , more often than not the guy on the phone isn’t the guy loading you or making appointments for that Matter.
