Agreed. The mega OTR thing is where you cut your milk-teeth. My fleet is about 100 company drivers and a handful of O/O's dragging bulk, end-dump, fuel, asphalt, bleach - regionally, most of us are home every night.... Not a dry-van to be seen, except the dilapidated pile in the corner of the yard used for "storage".
