What if it Snows?

Missus Skillet, when provoked to extreme anger or frustration, will unleash a tapestry of verbal brimstone.

She resorts to "carpet F-bombing", because I do not permit blasphemy in my house.

Therefore, my son is ALSO a flying ace of "F-bombardment".

I notice he doesn't do it in front of his girlfriend, but if it's just the three of us at the Skillet Homestead...."The cussing lamp is LIT"!

 

Most of us were, back in the 1980s and 1990s......it was the "last gasp of the 'Hooligan Navy'".

In 1986 the Commandant made us shave off our beards, and things started going down the "WAY too serious" hill after that.

But it sure was fun while it lasted!

Just wrapping up the morning routine here..... Second cup of coffee has been enjoyed.

On the food side had a home smoked chicken with cheese quesadilla with a side of tater salad.

Was not awake enough for pictures.......

 

And the product is subtly altered as to cost of mfg and you buy. Sometimes they will suggest "cost savings" tweaks if you want to enter the conspiracy...

 

There are all kinds of things one can obtain at a dollar store. Brightened your outlook, eh?
