It takes a while in general bro. I felt the same way. It took 2 months for me to get hired on. I was calling the DM ATLEAST once or twice a week making sure everything was still in order. I even called recruiting to make sure everything was still good because it was taking a while. Coming to Estes was the best decision I've ever made.

Today is one of those days to make you quit. A 6.5 hour day turns into 14 because of a breakdown.
HiramKingWilliams and JohnBoy Thank this. -
What’s your breakdown pay?
-
I think after the first hour free 17.5 an hour.

I can honestly say I'm so burned out. Squeezed two runs into one day yesterday and gonna go in tonight for my regular schedule. Estes is pretty crazy right now. It seems the freight is there so they're letting us do whatever!
-
It is, can run all we want. BUT, don't burn yourself out. Are you getting the $100 bonus for a sixth day run?
-
I think they cut that out on our side. I've been running 7 days!
-
Tight, doing recaps.
-
Exactly bro been going strong for a month and a half now. Missed Saturday so burned out at 3am Sunday morning and got back 4am Monday morning. Just 800 miles but still got the 7 days in.
