I see replies to the FG reports all of the time and I take that into account. An articulate well written response goes a long way imho. I see brokers getting reported all of the time as well by customers. Seen one the other day that was ridiculous. Reading comprehension is not that difficult and its not hard to tell if the report is solid or just garbage.
A lot of the folks who get reported actually are just bad actors in the game and deserve it. Any report ive written is for hostage loads/double brokering and contain only facts. That way it will hold up in court should anyone take it that far... they dont cause they know they were 100% guilty and know it. Ive had the Armenians threaten to hunt me down and make me #### my pants. Ive had scammers tell me they will book my load and hold it hostage until i pay them. These guys need to be reported and held accountable.

Your still trying to defend a flawed system! Not everyone can write a well written articulate response. Not to mention those that aren't even aware the false report was submitted in the first place.
Again your constant explanation of how you intemperate the submissions defines to me just how easy it is for someone with less integrity, less experiance, less time to just quickly eyeball the report and no to a carrier that does not deserve to be shut out!Lite bug and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
What would you suggest as an alternative to 411 or Assure so i can track all of the shady scumbag carriers and scam artists in the business...?
Right now we have scammers hacking DAT and creating duplicate broker info on their platforms, then posting loads under legit broker MC#s and stealing the freight.
And also fake "landstar" agents booking loads under real carrier MC#s, then double brokering and stealing the freight because of simple minded slow and easily coerced drivers. They send a text as "landstar" and have drivers redirect the freight to a scammer controlled warehouse where its stolen.
You seem like youre on it and wouldnt fall for the scam, but unfortunately not everyone in the biz is smart ( that we 100% do agree on)JimmyTwoTimes Thanks this. -
Haven't been around here in a while. I had to go back and look at the context. A lot of stuff has changed since then, and the Glendale dorks have only messed things up worse for everyone. Don't know what to tell you with regards to those guys, but generally speaking, you're better off not booking with those chuckleheads anyway. But to stick with my three year old point, I just booked a carrier this morning with a 4,655 day old FG report for cancellation.D.Tibbitt and Rideandrepair Thank this.

What is the difference between Freightguard and Carrier411?
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Freightguard is reporting on Carrier411. You file a freightguard report on Carrier411.

Do we have the right or ability to go on there to see if anything negative is written about us?Rideandrepair Thanks this.

So the broker sends you a ratecon and then you add your accessorial policy on it and then send it back to them?Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Absolutely. I have been turned down at least 15 times in the past 6 weeks simply because I don't have any inspections, even though I've had my numbers for over a year now.Rideandrepair Thanks this.
