What if it Snows?

That was the parking lot when I got rudely woken up by telemarketers. So I was rude back. Didn’t make me feel better. Usually it does. The lot got worse in the afternoon.

 

The year was 1975. I was headed out the door with my skateboard. It was a heavy thing. Mom was holding the door open for me. As I was going thru the door, I dropped the skateboard. The edge hit Mom right on her big toe.
Tomorrow we will go to the toe doc to get the issue fixed.

 

Was not a big venue guy.

One of the more "Unique" bands I have seen was these guys.....

Caught up and Out ! - Safe Travels -

 

The Kinks and the Tubes on Halloween at the Cow Palace. Most of the costumes were hubba hubba. And they had a human petting zoo

 

The smell of burning leather…..

San Jose event center. Halloween show. Think it was only them. If they had an opening band, I can’t remember.

That was one thing about the greater Bay Area, you could see some great shows. Nothing was that far away, and plenty of venues.

One of the loudest shows I ever attended was at The Cow Palace.
Was not a big fan of the band Kiss, but was a great show.

ELP was absolutely the loudest show ever. Couldn’t hear for at least 3 days.

 

That reminds me of seeing Bowie on the Glass Spider Tour at Spartan Stadium (San Jose State) soccer field.......

Even Bowie commented on how good the "Grass" smelt that night. Definitely some of Humboldt's finest was enjoyed by some that night.
