Yeah, maybe they'll build those speed bumps a bit smaller this time.

 

In hope they dont come back. I'm enjoying the extra parking spots

 

They better get back up quick.The ones in West Memphis are already falling down

I'd say another month and they will have the framework on the ground

 

Surprised some drivers haven't sold them for scrap yet !!!!!!!!!

 

Do you know how heavy those AC units are?

Way more than I could lift on top of my trailer

Ever see scrap thieves tear down an entire abandoned plant or factory?

 

I would guess 125 to 150 pounds,I delivered 6 of them to the Burr Street TA in Gary,IN last fall.I had no lift gate and had to carry them about 50' to the storage trailer because the only trucks using the service were parked around it.

The 90 pound attendant(who looked like a crack-head)offered to help,but I thought she would drop her end on my feet,so I did it myself.I also had orange cones and replacement window fixtures,hoses,etc.

She said they were replacement units for ones that were broken.I guess they didn't know about the shutdown even then.

The next day my back was telling me I should have gone into the TA shop to see if they had a 2 wheel dolly I could use!!!

 

Maybe they need to just make it basic air or heat and charge way less.
I really would prefer the extra parking.
