W900 Hood Hitting Wiper

If you have the same setup as me.

There's a bushing on each side if the firewall. Inside your hood are round brackets that sit over those bushings. Find a way to raise the bushings. Maybe take em out and install a washer. Before remounting. That'll raise the hood up enough so it's not sitting on your wiper arms.

My truck just had that done 2 weeks ago. Both wiper arms were replaced.

 

Been there broke arms of wiper .... after body shop didn't do right job ... fix is close to radiator there are 4 nots and bolts mine 19mm loose that move hood to front put enough gap between hood and wiper tighten up...

 

Curved glass or flat glass?

edit, never mind me, where do the wipers park at the bottom or in the center?

 

slamming it shut makes it close better….
