At least the big fleets will match up the tires. Lol. Most of the reputable companies will issue a clean truck. Sometimes I see drivers catch a bad break if they have to recover an abandoned truck.

 

No company is PERFECT. You have to take the good with the bad.

 

Exactly. All companies stink in some way. You just have to figure out what odor offends you the least.

 

That's pretty much what it is at Estes. You want the best trucks and top pay? Go to old Dominion. Keep in mind, that company is MILITANT. You will run, you will not be off because your mom died, and you better not complain. You want top pay, a lax atmosphere and no fear of being laid off during a pandemic? Come to Estes. Just know, the trucks will not be the best, you will be stuck with garbage manuals from time to time, and sometimes... You'll be bumped randomly on the seniority board.

I'll take my chances with the latter. Oh, and buy Old Dominion stocks. They're doing #### good. I don't work there but I got their stocks lol.
