379 Hood on 378 Pete

I've been tossing around the idea of putting a 379 short hood on the old 98 378. Would like to know if I've got everything covered or if I missed something I'll need to do to make that work.

Obviously I'll need the hood and grille. 379 cab mounts and cab air ride setup to drop the cab 2 inches to where a 379 would be, possibly cut the steering shaft a little shorter, and a 379 lower clutch linkage. Have I missed anything?

I should have mentioned, it is a set forward 378. What exactly would I need frame extenders and springs for, if you don't mind me asking
