That is the Pilot (pronounced "pee-lot") I showered in last summer, and complained to the manager about the smell coming out of the floor drain, the fruit flies all over the shower room, and the over-attentive shower attendant who kept rattling the door handle, asking if I was still in there. Now, I take about 40 total minutes in shower room, but that was annoying. The manager handled my complaint well, said he'd look into it further, and I went to the fast food side of Pilot & ordered food. As I tried to pay, the cashier said my amount due was zero, as the manager had paid for it. I took that as a sign that my complaint was at least heard. Haven't stopped there since, but hope conditions have gotten better there.

 

How dare they design a toilet a driver would have to pay attention at to avoid urinating on himself


By the way pretty sure they don't do toilet design

You urinating on yourself because the urinal is to complicated probably isn't one of them

 

Well Powell I have a suggestion. Don't aim for the mint. BTW I've been told that SWIFT drivers believe these mints are air freshners. Hmm I wonder if I've been a fish story.

 

I think that's great that the manager did right by you and picked up your food tab due to the problems you encountered in the shower. I would stop by that place again and see if the shower is in any better condition and then seek out that manager to thank him. When someone shows a gesture to me like that, they have my customer loyalty.
