To me it depends on how the agreement was reached. If you as a legal adult agreed to work for a place that removes your right to quit at anytime then so be it. I think the world is getting too soft and we fail to hold people accountable for said actions. We reward criminals and punish victims.
Also, if you read the actual notice it does not say you cannot quit, it says you cannot quit without talking to management. Seems they are simply trying to work things out before you act rash and just walk out the door. Maybe some communication can actually resolve the issue.
This is a No Quit Company......Just LOL

ironically I was in the drive thru line at a mcDs when I made the decision .
They had treated me so badly the first day and the Second day , that when I went to get lunch , and had time to think about it while waiting in the drive thru line , after i got my bag I just said F this and drove back home .Opus Thanks this. -
