Actually surprised that the shipper let it leave not tarped.

 

That’s about 4-6 more straps then
Most farmers use hauling large square bales. Notice the sideways bales one row from the back are not strapped down. For some reason almost no farmer straps the sideways bales.

 

I guess they figure they're friction fit in there.

 

And you'd think of all people, a farmer would know to shift the cross bales to different spots in each layer, just like a field stack.

But it is still on the wagon...

 

Too much additional handling. Time is money, these aren’t small squares they ride just fine stacked three high.

 

If I was a betting man, I bet he’s going right around the corner… Or at least that’s what he would say

 

Seems to be common nowadays

 

These effing boneheads are the reason I've had to deal with delightful shippers saying things like:

"We load 'em like that all the time"
"You're the first one to have a problem with it"
"You're really screwing up my day..."
