People highly underestimate the value of street justice.

 

I keep one of these on the truck. 5 minutes and that boot will be off.

 

Which Walmart? This makes me want to go park my truck there just for the heck of it. And when that goober comes up to my door, trying to boot or saying I need to pay him to take the boot off, dial 911, set the phone down and commence to making him wish he hadn't touched my ugly truck.

 

There is a Dallas, Pa, so maybe he just did some research and thought of this scheme/scam

 

In the very first picture of this retard he looks like he is hoping he doesn't get the bejesus knocked out of him.

 

So its at a Walmart in McKinney? Ha. That isn't even in Dallas County. So even if this pile of human waste was legit, he isn't in the correct county at all. McKinney is Collin County, not Dallas.

 

So evidently this is a problem all over Texas, but especially Dallas. The state of Texas no longer regulates booting on private property. It is left to municipalities. The guy is not doing anything illegal in that regard. However he is breaking several other laws.
The bottom line is I suggest you just get out of your truck, and kick his ###. Take the boot off, put it on his car and drive away with the keys.
