if the property is on tribal land you would deal with there vid/slot route operator -if they let you and pay what ever they want for the vig or tax to operate. No big deal, just who you pay the state or the tribe or sometimes both. The legal gaming business is all about paying them to allow you to stay in business no big deal it is just how it is done.
