Amazon Relay Irregularities Suspension

    After 3 weeks they finally responded and sent me that email I've seen other people get about being affiliated with a SCAC that had their agreement terminated. I have never been affiliated with any other company. My company is just past the 1-year mark. I was a technician before starting the company. I dont know if it has anything to do with the people that stole my info but I have case numbers from the police, the fmcsa, rmis, and my insurance company. This is so crazy. It took a lot of my life savings to buy this truck when trucks were much higher and it was barely working out. They are making a HUGE mistake and wont even give me a chance to supply them with proof what they are saying is so wrong.

    This further makes no sense because if that was the reason, why did it get suspended 5 weeks ago and then unsuspended after 8 hours? This just sounds like some computer glitch they don't want to own up to.

    This is why lots of independents and leased loadboard operators won't touch Amazon or their freight from brokers with a 40' pole. I hope you can get it resolved and this maybe serve as a warning to anyone out here thinking about taking such a huge risk with their livelihood on a huge uncaring company that you can't even speak to actual people there when a problem pops up. Three weeks later they emailed you? It's a mystery how they even get trucks or drivers to work with them and everything is via email?

    99% of these people claiming "Oh I don't know what I did, I just woke up and was suspended" are full of it. They got caught doing something they had been getting away with when things were busy. Plus, every time they post a screenshot of their dashboard, it has over 100 UNREAD notifications.

    My email didn't have that carriernotification @ amazon email address at the bottom to appeal like I've seen in other people's posts but I emailed them anyway. They responded fairly quickly and said they would look into it. After about a day they responded today saying that they didn't suspend my account and to try to reach the original amazon email the suspension email came from. I let them know that email has yet to give me anything but an automated response which just came a few days ago. They said they couldn't do more to help and don't have any more info about it.

    So the department that usually handles appeals doesn't know anything about my suspension.

    I wonder if someone at amazon screwed up using the Safer Web site doing research. I noticed that on the Safer web site if you put my MC number in but have the USDOT number box ticked it brings up a different company.

    No they sent that email after 3 weeks of not responding saying they would close my account in 30 days. I feel like they just got tired of the emails and just came up with a generic reason. They won't respond, you may aswell leave it alone or maybe try to cancel the account yourself. Then maybe in a month you can reopen it and it won't be marked as an account they closed.
