CPL 160 with pump turned up 15% and injectors rebuilt to the 15% over. Wanting to put an HT3B turbo on but they’re all on back order. Everyone I’ve went through seems to have none in stock, or they rebuilt or they’re $2k. The ones I’ve priced and that are on back order, have been from $900-1300. What would be another good option for a 400hp sc or bc Cummins?

You check Facebook marketplace and eBay ?

or just pay the asking price if you need it right away .
$900 is one days downtime lost revenue

No sir, I don’t have the book of Face and to be honest, I am a little skeptical about the authenticity and quality of eBay. I’ll check though.

You can look at FB marketplace without having a FB account

contacting the seller , you gotta have a FB account
But it doesn’t have to be a real one

I have a FB with a fake name , zero friends and zero posts and use it to find car parts and to join groups

I have several vintage cars and antique equipment , and FB groups are the best place to find parts , like for my 1962 Yazoo riding mower

    the other thing
There are FB groups for every thing imaginable
I’m sure there are FB groups for small
    And big cam Cummins

I have a low mile used one I believe
Also have 2 off of n14s which might work except the plumbing could be a challenge.

The n14 turbo for an air to air setup has a flange connector with a v band and an o ring on the output of the cold side not certain about one for a water style aftercooler everything else should be the same I have one on a small cam.

Got the HT60 mounted and was wondering what y’all suggest for mounting the boot to the crossover pipe to the v-band turbo outlet? Got a couple ideas but would like to hear suggestions. IMG_4411.jpeg IMG_4409.jpeg

    Best solution
If the area under the v band is decently round grind the v band into a hose barb. Silicone intakes has all kinds of jump size hoses for the purpose as does Pegasus auto racing.
    next solution
You Could also weld a matching v band to the crossover pipe but I wouldn’t recommend it because unless everything is perfect it’s going to have something in a bind… even if it’s perfect something is still likely to get stressed because of the vast changes of temperature in the parts.
What’s the a/r number in the exhaust housing on that turbo…and what rpm are you shooting for to cruise. Also i wasn’t ignoring your request for pics of the turbos i just haven’t had time. But the n14 turbos i have look identical to that one.
