Where is everyone #5

I use charcoal currently, get it as hot as I can, then do 5 minutes on 1 side, 4 on the other. Still have juice left, I can’t STAND a dry steak!

 

825 degrees. 3 minutes a side. A nice rare.

 

Prep my steak with salt, pepper and garlic in a ziplock for 3-4 hours then set the Traeger on 300 and the magic happens about an hour or so later— same deal with tritip - pull them off when they hit 130 and let everything get happy for 20 minutes or so— ain’t never had nobody turn it down

 

Different strokes for different folks— ain’t no wrong answer so long as everybody gets fed and nobody gets poisoned

 

I can go both ways….The pork was low and slow. 13 1/2 hours. Was very good.

Boys at the one outside of Arco had a couple last March, but they were so hair’d up coming out of winter that everyone thought they were Sasquatch’s and kept blowing the coop so they shut it down

 

Reckon JB Weld would work to put this back together?
